1 FAQ: Tracking problems

  • I can’t track my order:

    • Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking details have not been updated after 24 hours from the moment it was dispatched, please contact us via email at raphadesign2021@gmail.com

    • 2 FAQ: Delivery problems

  • My package was sent back:

    • Most of the time, packages get sent back because there was an issue with the address provided.

    • If you provide the incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping cost to send it back to you.

  • My package was delivered to the incorrect address:

  • First, make sure the address you provided when placing your order was correct.

  • If you accidentally used the incorrect address, try contacting USPS or UPS (whichever carrier was used to ship your order) and see if there is anything they can do. Unfortunately, once we leave your package with USPS or UPS, we have no control.

  • If you provide the incorrect address and your order is successfully delivered to the address you provided, we cannot give you a refund.

  • My package appears to be lost:

    • If your package gets lost, contact UPS or USPS (whichever carrier was used to ship your order) to get information and file a claim. If they are not able to help you, contact us immediately, so we can do our best to help.


  • 3 FAQ: Custom orders

How do I order a custom order:

All of our products are custom made but we do offer custom orders being an order a user may place that is original and custom to them.

  1. On the Rapha design website, locate the CUSTOM ORDERS

  2. Under this tab you will find that to make a custom order you must Direct Message us at @raphadesignco on Instagram OR Message us via Email at raphadesign2021@gmail.com with CUSTOM ORDER as the subject line***

  3. The design you would like MUST be appropriate or it will not be approved.

  4. In the instagram direct message or email please state:

Your name 

Email

What type of apparel you’d like: sweatshirt, hoodie, t-shirt, or tote bag

What size you’d like: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL

What would you like designed and where: (if front, back, or sleeve please state where and what)

EXAMPLE:

Luiz Sino

Luiz’s email/gmail

Sweatshirt

XL

Front: I am 

Right sleeve: fearfully 

Left sleeve: wonderfully 

Top Back: made

  1. After your message has been sent, we will be notified and respond with “Your custom order has been approved” OR “Your custom order is not appropriate”

  2. If approved, we will contact you on how to proceed with your order
