Placing An Order
Find the product(s) you want on the Rapha design website under SHOP.
Select the size and color you would like and press “Add to Cart.”
Once you’ve added all the items you want to your shopping cart, select the checkout option.
You will then be asked to input your shipping & billing details.
Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct.
Check your basket and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the “Place Order” button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.
Press “Place Order.” You will then receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering.
In the unlikely circumstance we’re unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by you when you placed the order, explaining the issue that may have occurred.
1.1 RAPHA DESIGN LLC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER FULFILLMENT OF ALL ORDERS ON THE RAPHA DESIGN WEBSITE. WE EXPLICITLY RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
We could not deliver to the address provided by you
Force majeure
In the event of misspelling, pricing, or other errors or mistakes in the website information
1.2 DATA CHECK
We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order, which may include making sure your address and payment details are linked to your order. If any orders from our site are found to be made under fraudulent actions then an investigation will be followed up.
1.3 USER CONTENT
When you transmit, upload, post, e-mail, share, distribute, reproduce or otherwise make available suggestions, ideas, inquiries, feedback, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, images, videos, messages or other materials (“User Content”) on the Site, you are entirely responsible for such User Content.

We are in no way responsible for examining or evaluating User Content, nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for the User Content. We do not endorse or control the User Content transmitted or posted on the Site and therefore, we do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of User Content. You understand that by using the Site, you may be exposed to User Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable to you. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any User Content, including without limitation, for any errors or omissions in any User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred by you as a result of the use of any User Content transmitted, uploaded, posted, e-mailed or otherwise made available via the site. 1.4 Deletion of User Content
If you wish to delete your user content on our website, please contact us via email at raphadesign2021@gmail.com and include the following information in your deletion request:
First name
User name/screen name (if applicable)
Email address associated with our website and/or mobile applications
Your reason for deleting the posting
Date(s) of posting(s) you wish to delete (if you have it).
We may not be able to process your deletion request if you are unable to provide such information to us.
Please allow up to 10 business days to process your deletion request.
PRICES
The product prices displayed on the website DO NOT include sales Tax.
The sales tax will be applied to your cart when you checkout.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
2.1 PRICE CHANGES
RAPHA design llc. reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any warning in advance. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders made on the RAPHA design llc.. website are dispatched/shipped from Georgia in the U.S.
. We try to get all orders out depending on stock availability within 7-14 business days. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in dispatch confirmation emails.
RAPHA design llc. cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed for reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to the following:
Service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or an incorrect address provided by you.
Free delivery is applied to every order inside the U.S.
Your order will be dispatched on our standard service (7-14 business days).

1 FAQ: Tracking problems
I can’t track my order:
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation, your tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking details have not been updated after 24 hours from the moment it was dispatched, please contact us via email at raphadesign2021@gmail.com
2 FAQ: Delivery problems
My package was sent back:
Most of the time, packages get sent back because there was an issue with the address provided.
If you provide the incorrect address and your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping cost to send it back to you.
My package was delivered to the incorrect address:
First, make sure the address you provided when placing your order was correct.
If you accidentally used the incorrect address, try contacting USPS or UPS (whichever carrier was used to ship your order) and see if there is anything they can do. Unfortunately, once we leave your package with USPS or UPS, we have no control.
If you provide the incorrect address and your order is successfully delivered to the address you provided, we cannot give you a refund.
My package appears to be lost:
If your package gets lost, contact UPS or USPS (whichever carrier was used to ship your order) to get information and file a claim. If they are not able to help you, contact us immediately, so we can do our best to help.

How do I order a custom order:
All of our products are custom made but we do offer custom orders being an order a user may place that is original and custom to them.
On the Rapha design website, locate the CUSTOM ORDERS
Under this tab you will find that to make a custom order you must Direct Message us at @raphadesignco on Instagram or Message us via Email at raphadesign2021@gmail.com with CUSTOM ORDER as the subject line***
The design you would like MUST be appropriate or it will not be approved.
In the instagram direct message or email please state:
Your name
What type of apparel you’d like: sweatshirt, hoodie, t-shirt, or tote bag
What size you’d like: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
What would you like designed and where: (if front, back, or sleeve please state where and what)
EXAMPLE:

After your message has been sent, we will be notified and respond with “Your custom order has been approved” OR “Your custom order is not appropriate”
